Mid-year summary

On 30th July 2022, Taikang Electronics Co., Ltd. held a half-year summary meeting in the scenic Yandang Mountain Scenic Spot of Wenzhou. The meeting was attended by the management of Wenzhou headquarters and Jiaxing Taikang.

One of the purposes of choosing the location of the headquarters in Wenzhou for this meeting is to increase the communication between Jiaxing and Wenzhou, to facilitate the follow-up communication and co-operation, so that all colleagues are clear about the completion of the work in the first half of the year and make corresponding adjustments to the follow-up work.

Mr Chen Jincheng, Chairman of Taikang Electronics, stressed that Jiaxing and Wenzhou are family. Jiaxing Taikang is more in the way of supplier management to communicate with Wenzhou Taikang, logically agree, which is also a reflection of quality consciousness; Wenzhou Taikang management based on empiricism, in line with the actual situation of Wenzhou; Jiaxing's management style is more focused on quantification; modern industrial development needs to focus on the data, the need for quantification; but more need to think as a family, and more need to be a family of co-operation.
